I’m renting a cozy room with a private toilet in my shared apartment, perfect for international visitors, digital nomads, and exchange students.  About the Apartment:   • Spacious and bright with heating and Wi-Fi. •  Located near the train and bus station, making it easy to move around. • 10 minutes from Poniente Beach and 15 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach. • Not a blue parking zone—you can park for free nearby. • The room has a single bed with an extra pull-out bed underneath. • Short-term rental only—ideal for those starting a new life in Gijón or staying for a course or training. • No pets allowed.   About Me: I travel on weekends and enjoy sharing my time with people from different countries. I’d love to practice English and do a language exchange during your stay. If you’re interested, you’re welcome to visit the apartment or ask for pictures. Feel free to contact me for more details!
