Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)

In this wonderful duplex of 90 m2 located in a new building, you will find all the comfort and good taste that you are looking for in Barcelona.  It is divided into 2 levels. Upon entering the first level, you will find the living room with integrated kitchen. This is a spacious, bright and stylish space. It has been decorated with great care thinking of every detail, as in the plants that fill with life and brighten every corner. The double height of the living room bathes the entire space with natural light. The impeccable kitchen is integrated into the space through a bar. It is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking such as induction stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. On the second level you will find the sleeping and home office area. As you go upstairs, you will find the studio, perfectly equipped to be the ideal space to study or work at home. There are two comfortable bedrooms with a sofa bed, both double in size. The first room has a double bed and TV, and the second room has 2 single beds and 2 large closets.  The apartment has two modern bathrooms, on the first level, ideal for receiving guests, has a shower while, on the second level, there is a bathtub for more personal use. Both bathrooms have extractors and anti-fog mirrors. The apartment has air conditioning and centralized heating, adjustable for both spaces with aerothermal system, fiber optics and mesh network for the coverage of both levels, as well as security system and smoke detectors. It is located in a new building, with very good neighborhood, and has a video surveillance camera system installed at the entrances to the building.  It has a rental option for a parking space for car and / or motorcycle. The apartment is in an ideal location. Steps away from Plaza España and the beautiful National Palace of Montjuic. You can enjoy an environment full of life, nature and many tourist attractions. Around the apartment there are all kinds of services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies. The nearest station is Plaza España, a 4-minute walk away. Here you will find subway lines, train and several bus stops.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
