Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) In this 70m2 apartment you will find all the comfort you were looking for in a totally central location. It has been renovated and decorated with style, you will find an avant-garde atmosphere where the paintings are the protagonists and fill every corner with personality. The living room is very spacious and bright thanks to the 2 large windows that allow the direct entry of light, and are also the access to the balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen is a totally modern space, a large white island perfect for a snack with friends, as it is fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances for cooking at home. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a double bed. A second flexible room is transformed into a rest area thanks to the folding bed where you can rest comfortably in a single bed. The apartment has a total of 2 bathrooms with shower. The apartment has a laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
The neighborhood The apartment is located in Carrer de la Riera Baixa, a few minutes from the Rambla del Raval, in the district of Ciutat Vella. It is a charming area where you can enjoy the oldest Barcelona and countless tourist attractions such as the Museu d'art Contemporani, among other museums and theaters that make up the area. Near the apartment there are all kinds of services such as municipal markets, universities, libraries, green areas and pharmacies. The apartment is located 7 minutes from La Rambla where you can enjoy the great gastronomic offer of the restaurants and nightlife of the locals that are located there; the assorted and popular Boqueria market is located 5 minutes away. One of the most important landmarks of the city is undoubtedly Plaza Catalunya, a 12-minute walk away, where you can find metro and train lines, stores and boutiques, restaurants and all kinds of commerce. The neighborhood of Sant Antoni is also close by with a number of trendy bars and friendly streets full of terraces where you can have a drink. The nearest stations are Sant Antoni (L2) and Liceu (L3).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.
It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
