Fantastic lofted apartment for rent for workers and postgraduates, located in El Raval, close to Barcelona port. The 90m2 apartment is beautifully furnished throughout, featuring a comfortable bedroom, a study area and a wonderful terrace, perfect for barbecues. This is a perfect choice for postgraduates or professionals who prefer to have easy access to the city centre as well as the relaxing La Barceloneta beach. The surrounding area is full of shops and restaurants and the always-buzzing street of Las Ramblas is just seconds away.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious terrace features greenery and a second kitchen, perfect for barbecues.
  • Situated in Barcelona city center, tenants will have easy access to transportation and entertainment.
  • The fantastic ceiling beams give the apartment a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
  • This wonderful apartment was designed by an architect.
  • The apartment has a large bathtub, as well as a stylish shower.
