Monthly rental apartment  (from 32 days to 11 months)  Imagine resting on the terrace while enjoying the colors of the sunset and the spectacular view of Barcelona. This apartment offers you that and much more. The day area consists of a spacious living room decorated with neutral tones and modern details.This space has access to the 15m2 terrace, that extends along the entire facade and offers a generous view of the city, where you can admire from Tibidabo, through the Sagrada Familia, the mountain of Montjuic and ending at the sea. The view from the terrace will leave you speechless. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. It also has a practical folding table that becomes the perfect space for quick meals; and also with an outdoor laundry area. The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms, with built-in closet; and 2 complete bathrooms. The master bedroom is a suite, has access to the terrace and the bathroom has a bathtub.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Finally the building has 24 hour concierge and shared swimming pool, which will undoubtedly become the ideal place during the hot summer days. *Possibility of parking space: 120€

The neighborhood The apartment is located in Carrer de Bac de Roda, in the Poblenou neighborhood. A quiet and residential area that has grown a lot in recent years. In addition, it is a very sought after area due to its proximity to the 22@ district, which emerged in 2000 as an initiative of the Barcelona City Council to transform this neighborhood into a productive and innovative district, with modern and cutting-edge spaces. Likewise, the apartment is just a few minutes from the beach and is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. In front of the building is the Central Park of Poblenou and from the apartment you have a view of it. It is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings we find all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. At 6 minutes walking distance is the nearest station "Selva Mar" (L4); at 12 minutes the shopping center Las Glories; at 15 minutes, the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where you can find the Design Museum, the Agbar Tower, the Mercat dels Encants, among others. 16 minutes away is the coastal road where you can enjoy the beautiful walk along the beach.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
