Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)

It is a spacious 70m2 apartment a few minutes from Sants station. Upon entering you will find a bright living room, tastefully decorated with details that will make this apartment your ideal home. The living room leads out to a beautiful furnished terrace completely outside and with unobstructed views where you can enjoy the incredible climate of the city.

The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double bed sharing a full bathroom with shower.

The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating and wifi. The apartment is located in Melcior de Palau street, in a residential and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by all kinds of commerce such as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Also a few meters away you can find Sants Station (L5 and L3) and the metro station Plaza del Centro (L3) that will communicate you with the rest of the city in minutes and with the main cities of Spain.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
