Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This is a nice apartment of 72m2 fully furnished and ready to move into in one of the best areas of Barcelona. The day area consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, this space has the traditional Catalan vault that allows you to see the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. From here there is access to the cozy little terrace which is the perfect space to relax during the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for cooking. The night area has 3 double bedrooms, each with closet and a practical desk for work or academic activities. The bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and fiber optics such as wifi.

The neighborhood: The apartment is located in the heart of the neighborhood El Clot a few steps from the metro of the same name (L1 and L2) that will communicate you in a few minutes with the rest of the city. Nearby you will find all kinds of stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. It is important to note that this neighborhood is the best place to live in the Catalan city according to the International 2023 survey of Time Out magazine.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
