What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Five minutes' walk to Rambla Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, our flat is perfect to stay in and discover Barcelona. You can also hop on the train within a minute of the flat to commute easily throughout the city. We can arrange for a cleaner to pass by every week. This was our first flat in Barcelona, where we lived for four years with our two children - we know all the good places to go and how it is to live there! We can attend you in English, French and Spanish.
