Monthly Rental Apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Can you imagine living in an apartment where modernity and good taste are the protagonists? We have the apartment that meets this fantastic combination in an area of 212 m2 fully furnished with everything you need to have a luxurious stay. The day area has a spacious and bright living room. The detail of the fireplace, the lighting and the color palette used, only shows the care with which it has been decorated, obtaining an elegant and cozy atmosphere at the same time.This avant-garde space has 3 large windows that allow the entry of natural light, and also serve as access to the terrace overlooking Paseo de Gracia, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning while enjoying the privileged view of the imposing Casa Batlló. The modern and sophisticated kitchen is independent, with a central bar that serves as a space for quick meals. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and even has a heated wine cellar. Next to the kitchen, you will find a modern guest toilet. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious and very comfortable, en-suite and has a full bathroom with shower; it also has a desk and dressing area. The second bedroom is bright, as it has direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom is also a suite, but in this case, it has a luxurious bathtub, perfect for relaxing during the day; it also has a balcony and a desk. A fourth room equipped as an office, is the ideal place to study or work at home. The building has a doorman. The apartment has laundry area and is equipped with alarm, air conditioning and heating. Its location is unbeatable, in the heart of Paseo de Gracia, this is one of the most famous and luxurious commercial and tourist avenues of the city. A few minutes walk away we find the most famous houses of the architect Gaudí: La Pedrera and Casas Batlló. Being one of the best areas of Barcelona, it has all the services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.. In addition, Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city, is located at 6 minutes walking distance. The nearest metro station is "Passeig de Gracia" (L2/L3/L4), where you will also find connections with train lines.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

  • Corporate Reservations:
    • Company deed and CIF
    • Public deed of power of attorney and representative's Passport/DNI/NIE
    • Latest corporate tax return
    • Passport/DNI/NIE for all tenants

  • Employees:
    • Copy of employment contract
    • Last three payrolls
    • Permanent address (not the apartment to be reserved)
    • Passport/DNI/NIE for all tenants

  • Self-Employed:
    • Passport/DNI/NIE
    • Last income tax return

  • Other Cases:

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

  • Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
