Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Stylishly decorated, we find this 125m2 apartment that offers not only good taste but also a lot of comfort. The day area has an elegant living room with access to the terrace of 15m2, which overlooks Travessera de Gracia. From here you can relax from the day and enjoy the inevitable coffee in the morning. The kitchen is independent and has a small dining room. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, appliances and utensils to cook at home from the day of arrival. The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Two of the bedrooms have a practical desk and share a full bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. The building is located at the intersection of Travessera de Gràcia and Carrer del Tuset, a few steps from Avenida Diagonal. L'Eixample offers everything you could wish for, you will find supermarkets, bars, cinemas and all kinds of local commerce. Besides this is a residential area, very quiet, perfect to have a comfortable stay in the city. The nearest station is Plaza Molina, a 9 minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
