Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) It is a spectacular apartment that stands out for its brightness and spaciousness. Located in Diputació street, in this apartment you will live an unforgettable experience in Barcelona. Upon entering you will find a large living room that leads to a spectacular furnished terrace where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city in the company of family and friends.

The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, and washer-dryer. The kitchen opens onto a beautiful light patio,

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one en suite with double bed and a practical desk ideal for working or studying. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one has a single bed. These last ones share a complete bathroom with shower.

The apartment has intercom, doorman and optional parking space. It also has air conditioning, individual heating and wifi. The apartment is in a privileged location. In the heart of the center of Barcelona a few steps from Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. You can reach any point of the city by metro or bus quickly and easily. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
