Bright south-facing space with small balcony: living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. Smaller single bedroom separated by a curtain with adjoining bathroom (not en-suite), with bath tub and toilet. Washing machine, no A/C but ceiling fans in all rooms. Water softener for the whole flat and reverse osmosis filtration system at kitchen sink (filtered water for drinking). There is no TV set.
