Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This spacious 3 bedroom apartment has everything you need to move in. The day area consists of a spacious living room and kitchen as an independent space, which is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances.  The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms with closet. Two of them have TV, and one of them has direct access to the terrace. A place that will undoubtedly become the favorite space of the summer. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, and wifi. The apartment is located on Avenida Meridiana, within the neighborhood of Sant Andreu, a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearby you can find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and schools. In addition, if you love walks and green areas, you will be just a few minutes away from the Pegaso Park and the beautiful Can Dragó Park. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city. The closest stations are "La Sagrera" and "Congrés", which have several public transport options such as the metro (L1/L5), Rodalies de Catalunya (R3, R4, R7 and R12) and also urban and interurban buses.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
