Monthly Rental Apartment (from 32 days to 11 months). This is a spacious and modern apartment located in one of the best residential neighborhoods of Barcelona par excellence, Sarrià - Sant Gervasi.

It has 134m2 perfectly distributed. Upon entering you will find a spacious living room decorated with great taste, with modern and elegant touches that will make it a unique home. In addition, thanks to its large windows with aluminum insulation, the apartment has plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and induction stove. It also has a plate warmer, wine cooler and teppanyaki.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double bed, one of them en suite with full bathroom with bathtub with jacuzzi. In addition, this en suite bedroom has a large dressing room, with high storage capacity. The apartment also has a practical study, ideal for working or studying and another bathroom with shower. The apartment has a projector for movies and videos (no screen). It also has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. The apartment is located in Madrazo street, in the upper area of Barcelona, in a privileged location. It has all kinds of stores around, hospitals, pharmacies and recreational areas. A few steps from the beautiful Moragas Park and a few minutes walk from Turó Park.

Fees:

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
