Monthly Rental Apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)

Are you looking for a comfortable, well connected and modern apartment? Then this apartment is perfect for you. It has 61m2 perfectly distributed. Upon entering, the first thing you will see on the right hand side will be its bright living room decorated with elegant touches and natural fiber elements that will give it that touch of home that we are looking for.

The living room leads out to a cozy furnished balcony with completely exterior views. The kitchen is open and integrated to the living room, but with a large glass partition that gives "individuality'' to the space. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils and toaster.

The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms. Two with double bed and one with single bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Gracia, surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants, recreational places and the famous Paseo de Sant Joan, ideal for walks and Sunday strolls.

In addition, the apartment is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. The nearest station is Joanic (L4) and it is only a 5-minute walk away.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
