Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) In this amazing 140m2 apartment you will find so much comfort and good taste, that you will lack reasons to leave home. The elegant living room is spacious and bright. From here you access the terrace that has a wonderful and unobstructed view of the Museum of Natural Sciences of Barcelona, and in the background, the sea.  The kitchen is perfectly integrated into the space. It has been equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances needed for everyday cooking, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.   The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom suite, which has a comfortable double bed and a spacious built-in closet. The bathroom is complete, with double sinks, an elegant bathtub and a rain shower. The apartment has a study, dressing room and laundry area. It is also equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi. Services included: - Parking space - Outdoor and indoor swimming pool and whirlpool - Gymnasium - Sauna and massage area - Paddle tennis court - Storage room The apartment is located in Plaza de Llevant. In the surroundings are located the Museum of Natural Sciences of Barcelona, the Fòrum building and the Diagonal Mar shopping center. In addition, a few steps from the apartment, there are green areas and a promenade by the sea, where you can enjoy outdoor activities, and end the day at the beach, located 12 minutes away. This is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, trendy bars with spectacular terraces where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city. In addition the apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the beaches. The nearest station “El Maresme | Fòrum” (L4) is located at 3 minutes walking distance.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
