Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This 3 bedroom penthouse is located in Eixample Esquerra, a few steps from the Hospital Clinic, and is ready to move in. The living room is integrated to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home, such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In addition, this space extends to the cozy balcony, where you can have breakfast before starting the day. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, heating and wifi. Each room has a ceiling fan. The location is ideal, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet, residential and totally central, it is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings. The Sagrat Cor Hospital and the Hospital Clinic, are located very close, as well as the Ninot Market, where you can buy a variety of fresh and quality products.  The apartment is located on Avenida Roma, 8 minutes walk from the nearest station "Entença" (L5). Also the Sants station is a few steps from the apartment, this is one of the most important stations in the city as it has national and international connections.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
