Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This wonderful 98m2 apartment has all the comfort you need to enjoy the best stay in the city. The day area has a spacious living room, decorated with style. This modern space has access to the terrace, ideal to disconnect from the day.  The kitchen is impeccable, modern and bright. It has been equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances you may need to cook to taste from the day of arrival. It also has a practical elongated table, which serves as a dining room.  The sleeping area has 3 spacious double bedrooms, each with closet. One of the bedrooms is a suite, with a practical desk and access to the terrace; the other 2 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms: one complete, with shower; and a toilet. Finally, a fourth room has been equipped as a comfortable office, where you can study or work quietly at home. From here there is access to another more private terrace. The apartment has laundry area, air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. The area offers everything you could wish for, you will find supermarkets, bars, shopping centers, cinemas, green areas and all kinds of commerce. It is ideal for people looking to live in a quiet and residential area, perfectly communicated with the center and other areas of Barcelona. In the surroundings there are plenty of green areas for outdoor activities. Avinguda Diagonal and the Illa Diagonal shopping center are located very close by, where you will also find a number of bus and streetcar stops. The nearest metro station is “Maria Cristina” (L3), a 5-minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
