Monthtly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This brand new modern apartment is located in Villa de Gracia, and has all the amenities for you to enjoy the best stay in the Catalan city. The exposed brick walls give a very warm and cozy air to the space, while enveloping the environment of an avant-garde style. The day area consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchen. Which has a bar that in addition to providing more space for cooking, is the protagonist, where you can prepare delicious dishes and enjoy a snack with your guests. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, however the beds can be separated and converted into single beds. Each bedroom has a closet and access to a balcony overlooking Carrer de Sant Pere Martir. They share a full bathroom with shower.  All the details have been thought in order to live in a quiet and quiet apartment. For this reason the apartment has aluminum carpentry, which provides better acoustic quality; and also the air conditioning is integrated, and does not emit noise. It also has heating and high speed wifi. The location is perfect, in the Villa de Gracia, which is one of the neighborhoods with more personality in Barcelona. Not only for its proximity to the main points of the city, but also for its charm and beauty. The apartment is located in Carrer de Sant Pere Martir, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. 1 minute away is the main square of the neighborhood where people gather in bars, restaurants and stores around the famous Clock Tower of the nineteenth century.  The nearest station “Diagonal” (L3/L5) is an 8 minute walk away.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
