Monthly rental apartment  (from 32 days to 11 months).

It is a comfortable apartment of 74m2 fully furnished and ready to move in. Located on a pedestrian street in the sought-after Clot neighborhood. The day area consists of a bright living room with semi-integrated kitchen. The exposed wooden beams on the ceiling provide a cozy and modern atmosphere at the same time. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances necessary to cook at home from the day of arrival.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The beds have toppers that make them double. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace, ideal to disconnect from the day. In total the apartment has 2 complete bathrooms with shower.  The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.  The apartment is located in the heart of the neighborhood El Clot, in Rogent street. In the surroundings you can find all kinds of stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. Very close to the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudí. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities. In addition, Plaza de les Glòries Catalanes, where the Design Museum, the Agbar Tower and the Agbar Shopping Center are located a few blocks from the apartment. It is important to note that this neighborhood is the best place to live in the Catalan city according to the International 2023 survey of Time Out magazine. The nearest station is located 4 minutes away: “Clot (L1/L2).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
