What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

I'm renting my furnished and very cozy apartment close to the Violet Line Metro of San Marti, in Plaza de la Palmera. This is a new place withing a new building with all the comforts: vigilance at the door, electronic card to enter the building, elevators. The furnishings are new; I bought all of them in May this year and it is a perfect space for a couple: two closets, a huge balcony that surrounds the apartment, open space with table inside and outside, open kitchen, washing machine, dishing machine. In total: open space + one bedroom + one bathroom. (three rooms). The location is perfect: close to Poblenou, yellow line, beaches.
