Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) In the heart of Gracia you will find this captivating flat distributed in 120 m2. The day area consists of a living room with comfortable armchairs and a desk with access to two balconies. It is integrated to a large kitchen with dining table with all the appliances and utensils necessary for the day to day, the kitchen has access to a large balcony that leads to the laundry area. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom en suite, with private bathroom and air conditioning. All the bedrooms have bed linen. The flat has an entrance hall where you will find a complete bathroom with bathtub. In the heart of Gracia, this flat is surrounded by many attractions, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and bars, to enjoy the spirit of Barcelona. It is also close to important arteries of the city such as Paseo de Gracia and Paseo Sant Joan.  With good access to public transport it is located 10 minutes walk from Fontana station (L3), 6 minutes from Joanic (L4). Also close to Gracia railway station (FGC).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
