1 double room flat in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta.

It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs.

The flat is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.

There is no private parking. However, there is a public car park about 150 metres from the flat.

The flats may vary in decoration and layout, but they all have the same style. On arrival you will be assigned to a specific flat.

Things to keep in mind

  • Admin fee:
    • 1-2 months: 600€ + VAT.
    • 3-5 months: 800€ + VAT.
    • 6-9 months: 1000€ + VAT.
    • 10-11 months: 1200€ + VAT.
  • Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 180 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In case the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.

Landlord policies

Fees:

  • The admin fee varies depending on the length of the contract.
  • The deposit is equal to one month's rent (single mandatory payment before check in).

If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance, the following must be paid at the time of confirmation:

  • First month's bills
  • Final cleaning
  • Admin fee
  • Deposit

In case of cancellation only the deposit will be refunded.

If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance, when the booking is confirmed the admin fee will have to be paid, which is never refundable. All other payments are due 15 days prior to arrival.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the keys will be collected from 228 Aribau street.

Forcorporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
