Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Charming corner apartment of 67m2 is waiting for you in Via Laietana 6, an area with a lot of charm and history that you will surely appreciate from the first day of your stay. Upon entering you will enjoy its spacious rooms, well distributed to take advantage of the space. The day area has a modern living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV. Its contemporary island kitchen has all the necessary utensils to make your favorite recipes. Access your balcony from the kitchen to enjoy evenings outdoors either reading a book or listening to your favorite podcast. The night area has 2 double bedrooms at each end of the apartment, the main one is bright with closets to store your belongings and a window overlooking the center of Barcelona. The second bedroom has a double folding bed, which you can store in case you need to take advantage of the space, closets and an adjustable desk so you can work or study. This brand new designer apartment, with high-end materials finishes, is modern without neglecting the characteristic details of the city as its Catalan vaulted ceilings. The apartment has heating, air conditioning, elevator and wifi. Its location is magnificent, you will have the metro station Jaume I (L3) three minutes walk, you can entertain yourself discovering the stores that hide their passages, in addition to having a wide gastronomic offer and different types of bars. Surrounded by culture, you will have the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum of Barcelona or Banksy, the mythical Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar. The Gothic in its splendor with Sant Jaume square, 1 minute walk from the Cathedral of Barcelona and many other typical attractions of the Catalan capital. Undoubtedly the Gothic Quarter is one of the oldest neighborhoods and with more history to tell. Its hidden squares are still the favorite places to sit and enjoy some tapas and relax.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
