Apartment for temporary rent (from 32 days to 11 months) Beautiful apartment with modern finishes and comfortable distribution is waiting for you in the Badal neighborhood a few minutes from the metro, stores, services and parks. It is a cozy apartment in the quiet and familiar neighborhood of Sants-Montjuic.  A wide hallway welcomes you to the day area with a very spacious and bright living room. Perfect to rest after a long day of studies and work. In addition dining table for 6 guests. Its nice balcony overlooking the city with table and chairs is perfect for breakfast in the morning. The gas kitchen is independent and comfortable, has all the necessary utensils and appliances and access to laundry area. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom is double and exterior with TV, closets to store all your belongings and table and chair. The rest of the 3 bedrooms are single, all with closets and 2 of them with TV included. Finally 2 complete bathrooms with shower. This property in perfect condition has air conditioning, heating and wifi. This apartment has a separate optional parking. Sants - Montjuïc is a quiet residential area, but at the same time one of the best places, as it is a very central area and perfectly connected to the rest of the city. It is a 17 minute walk from Barcelona Sants train station and very close to the beautiful Montjuïc monument and Plaza España.  The apartment is surrounded by all kinds of commerce, among restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of stores and a few steps from the metro Badal (L5).

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
