Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Availability until 30 July 2025 This charming 75 square metre fully furnished flat has all the necessary equipment to enjoy your stay in Barcelona. The day area has a large entrance hall with wardrobe and chest of drawers, then leads to the living-dining room, very warm with a comfortable sofa and with access to a discreet balcony. The fully equipped independent kitchen has all the appliances and utensils to make your daily life easier. From the kitchen there is access to the drying area.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the main double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a second double bedroom and a single bedroom. The flat has a complete bathroom with shower. The flat has heating and high speed internet. Located just a few steps from the Turó del Putxet Park and the Mercé Rodoreda Gardens, this flat has different shops and services such as supermarket and bank branch less than 3 minutes walking. It has good public transport access, just 6 minutes walking from Vallcarca station (L3) and different bus stops.

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
