Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Spacious and bright flat with unobstructed views of the city and the coastal area. In 121 square metres you will have all the comforts for your stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of a hallway with a large built-in wardrobe, from there you will have access to the different rooms of the flat. At the end of the hallway are the living-dining room and the kitchen. The living-dining room has a table for 4 people and a comfortable L-shaped armchair plus a matching puff, from there you have access to the terrace with a small table and seats to enjoy its unobstructed views towards Montjuïc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to make your daily life easier, it also has access to the terrace and thanks to its large window it has plenty of natural light. The night area consists of two double bedrooms, the main one en suite with a complete bathroom with bathtub, built-in wardrobes and access to a private balcony. The flat has a second bathroom with shower. The flat also has air conditioning, heating and high speed internet.

The building has a swimming pool, gym, sauna, children's area and garden, as well as a chill-out area on the 22nd floor terrace. In a privileged location, the flat is located in a residential area, next to the Diagonal Mar Park and a step away from Avenida Diagonal, you will have all the services and shops as it is only 3 minutes walking from the Diagonal Mar shopping centre, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas and everything you need. A 6-minute walk from Selva de Mar tram station (T4) and 4 minutes from the metro station of the same name (L4). To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Proof of financial solvency (from parents/guardians or tenants if they are employed)

  • Corporate Reservations:
    • Company deed and CIF
    • Public deed of power of attorney and representative's Passport/DNI/NIE
    • Latest corporate tax return
    • Passport/DNI/NIE for all tenants

  • Employees:
    • Copy of employment contract
    • Last three payrolls
    • Permanent address (not the apartment to be reserved)

  • Self-Employed:

  • Other Cases:

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT

  • Other Bills: Not included in the rental price. Estimated costs based on apartment size are:
    • 1-bedroom: €100/month
    • 2-bedroom: €150/month
    • 3-bedroom: €200/month
    • 4+ bedrooms: €250/month (Please confirm with the agent for your specific case.) These costs are due with the rent by the 5th of each month.
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.
  • Any bank fees from rejected payments must be covered by the tenant.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
