The apartment has a terrace/patio, air conditioning and heating, which guarantees a pleasant temperature throughout the year.

It has 2 full bathrooms with shower.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals at home. Plus, there's high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.

You will find the apartment equipped with towels and bed linen.

This apartment does not have private parking; However, you will find a public parking within about 200 meters of the apartment.

Fees:

  • The admin fee varies depending on the length of the contract.
  • The deposit varies between one or two months depending on the length of stay (single mandatory payment before check in).

If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance, the following must be paid at the time of confirmation:

In case of cancellation only the deposit will be refunded.

If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance, when the booking is confirmed the admin fee will have to be paid, which is never refundable. All other payments are due 15 days prior to arrival.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the keys will be collected from 228 Aribau street.

Forcorporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
