Apartment for temporary rent (from 32 days to 11 months)

A nice apartment of 71 m2 and 3 bedrooms is waiting for you in Carrer Rogent in the neighborhood of Clot. Very close to stores, services and the metro station Clot and Camp d'l Arpa.

The day area includes a living room with sofa and TV, to relax after a long day of work. The dining table and in front, the balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the city.

The kitchen is comfortable and has all the utensils for you to prepare your best recipes from the first day of arrival.

The night area consists of 3 bright bedrooms, all doubles, with closet and table if you need to work or study.

Finally two bathrooms with shower.

This apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.

This is one of the preferred areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by small squares that are perfect for relaxing and strolling.

The Hospital Sant Pau, a jewel of Catalan modernist architecture, is located very close to the apartment.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
