Charming apartment for rent in Poble Sec, Barcelona, 4 minutes from Poble Sec metro station (L3).

It is a comfortable and nice apartment of 50m2, with light thanks to its glass blocks at the top of its walls, close to everything you need, such as stores and services, to enjoy your stay in Barcelona.

Access it from its very spacious and comfortable kitchen with all the necessary utensils to stand out making your best recipes. Its practical high table and all the storage space it offers, is undoubtedly an extra that you will appreciate.

Further on we access the living room, with sofa and TV to relax after a long day of work or studies, where you also have two tables and chairs to continue with teleworking in case you need it.

It includes a cozy balcony with plants to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning.

The night area has a double bedroom with bedside tables, plus a separate dressing room where you can store all your belongings.

Finally a complete bathroom with shower and a laundry area.

The apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning and high speed wifi. The apartment is located in Poble Sec, in Blai street. Surrounded by all kinds of stores and close to different bus and metro stops.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
