Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) In 75 square meters you will find all the comforts for your stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of a wide corridor that connects the different areas of the flat. It has a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a seat as well as a television, it also has access to a cosy balcony. The kitchen is subtly integrated into the space next to the dining room, and has all the appliances and utensils necessary for day-to-day living. The night area consists of two double bedrooms, the master bedroom en suite with a full bathroom with bathtub, the flat has a second bathroom with shower. Located in the centre of Barcelona, a stone's throw from Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, it is surrounded by various shops and services, such as supermarkets, bank branches, pharmacies, all within a 10 minute walk. A few steps away you will find different points of interest such as restaurants, museums, theatres and cinemas. The connection with the rest of the city is excellent, just 4 and 6 minutes walking from the metro stations Urgell (L1) and Universitat (L1/L2) respectively, and there are several bus lines in the surrounding streets.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
