This spacious apartment offers a perfect balance of comfort and functionality in one of the most dynamic areas of Barcelona. With three bedrooms, including a suite with private bathroom, and a second full bathroom, this apartment is ideal for those looking for a spacious and well distributed space.
The day area has a bright living-dining room with access to a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and the rhythm of the city with a coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.
Nearby you will have the bedroom suite, with access to the balcony, is bright and has plenty of storage space, and its three-piece bathroom with shower.
The kitchen, fully equipped and independent, has everything you need to cook and enjoy a culinary experience without complications, also includes a gallery for laundry.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.
It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
