This monthly rental apartment in Les Corts offers a comfortable and functional environment in one of the most well-connected areas of Barcelona. Upon entering, you will find a cozy living room with sofa, TV and a dining area perfect for relaxed meals. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, ideal for those who enjoy cooking in peace and quiet.

The apartment has three double bedrooms, all with spacious closets. Two of them have direct access to a nice covered balcony, equipped with table and chairs, a perfect place to have breakfast or enjoy a coffee with views to the outside. On this same balcony is the laundry area, with washing machine included, which allows to maintain order and practicality in the day to day.

A complete bathroom with shower complete the apartment. This apartment includes heating and high speed wifi.

    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
