The day area offers a spacious and bright living-dining room, with direct exit to a balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun or relax at sunset overlooking the quiet surroundings. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need for everyday life, integrating perfectly into the social space of the living room.

In the night area, the master bedroom has a double bed, a desk space with table and chair ideal for working or studying, and a special corner: a bathtub integrated in the same room, with direct access to a private terrace that provides natural light and a relaxed atmosphere. The second bedroom is single and is equipped with a half-height bed, optimizing the space for greater functionality. The bathroom is modern and has a practical shower.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
