Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) In this beautiful and bright flat of 75 square meters you will have all the comforts to enjoy your stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of an entrance hall, a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy any time of the day. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for your daily life. It also has a utility room with washing machine, dryer, clothes line and electric water heater. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with all the necessary textiles and sofa beds. There is also a separate office for two workstations. The flat also has a complete bathroom with shower and towels. All the rooms of the flat have windows, providing great ventilation and plenty of natural light. With heating by electric radiators, air conditioning and high speed wifi. This flat also has a concierge service, with rubbish collection from Monday to Friday afternoons at the time indicated by the concierge.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

It is necessary to prove the temporary natureof the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
