It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, and a safe.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables, and chairs.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Fees:
- The admin fee varies depending on the length of the contract.
- The deposit varies between one or two months depending on the length of stay (single mandatory payment before check in).
- Payment method: bank transfer or credit card.
If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance, the following must be paid at the time of confirmation:
- First month's bills
- Final cleaning
- Admin fee
- Deposit
In case of cancellation only the deposit will be refunded.
If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance, when the booking is confirmed the admin fee will have to be paid, which is never refundable. All other payments are due 15 days prior to arrival.
Check in info:
- Our reception is located at Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 09:00 and 19:30 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday).
- If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the keys will be collected from Aribau street, from 09:00 to 19:30.
Bed linen and towels are included.
