This apartment is located in a quiet and well connected area of Dreta de l'Eixample, and offers a comfortable and practical distribution ideal for work or study stays.
The day area consists of a separate living room with sofa, TV and direct access to an outdoor balcony with unobstructed views of Diputació street. This space is perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the urban environment from the tranquility of home. Near the living room, a separate room functions as a separate dining room, providing a plus of comfort for those who value having different areas within the same home.
The kitchen is independent and, although compact, it is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day: hob, oven, fridge, kettle and good storage space. Its distribution optimizes the space and allows you to cook comfortably.
The sleeping area is designed to offer privacy and comfort. The master bedroom has a large closet and also has direct access to the balcony, which provides good ventilation and natural light during the day. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
