This 41 m² studio apartment, located on Aurora Street in the Ciutat Vella district, combines modern design with functionality in a carefully laid-out space. The living area offers an open and cozy atmosphere, with a comfortable sofa, dining area, and an integrated kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, and basic kitchenware. It also has a balcony with large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to enter, adding warmth to the space.

The sleeping area has a large double bed and overhead cupboards. In addition, a functional desk with shelves and a reading lamp allows you to work comfortably from home. The bathroom is modern with a shower tray and storage unit.

This apartment has air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a communal laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
