Are you looking for an apartment for your stay in Barcelona, but away from the hustle and bustle without actually leaving the city? This brand new 3-bedroom apartment in Esplugues de Llobregat may be just what you are looking for.

It is a beautiful apartment with tasteful décor and high-quality finishes, as well as a very practical layout with a spacious living-dining room with a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a TV, and a table to enjoy with friends and family. Nearby, you will find a large 17 m2 terrace with stunning views of the mountains, Montjuic, and the sea.

The comfortable and functional kitchen is very close by, with plenty of storage space and a work area. In addition to having access to the terrace, it has a breakfast bar area for enjoying meals in the same room. It has an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine and clothesline for doing laundry.

  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
