 The living area consists of a spacious and cozy living-dining room with a sofa, TV, and dining area next to large windows that open onto a 5 m² terrace with unobstructed views of the city, perfect for getting some fresh air or enjoying a coffee in the sun. The integrated kitchen has a bar that defines the space and adds functionality; it is equipped with plenty of storage space and a large work surface, ideal for those who enjoy cooking.

In the sleeping area, the double bedroom is quiet and comfortable, with access to a small interior balcony for laundry, which guarantees light and ventilation. It has large closets that offer plenty of storage space. The bathroom, complete and functional, has a comfortable shower tray.

    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
