  • In room shared, the maximum permitted age is 38 years old. No exceptions.
  • Registration is possible as long as the stay is at least 6 months.
  • Regarding the visits: You may have one guest per month who can sleep in your room for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights, as long as all your roommates agree. If your guest wishes to stay with you for more than 2 consecutive nights, each additional night will cost €20, and you must obtain the consent of your roommates.
  • Weekly cleaning of communal areas (lounge, kitchen and shared bathrooms) is included.
  • Method of payment:We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card (additional 3% fee) and cash.
  • Payment of rent, deposit and admin fee is due on the day of check in.
  • Included in all rooms: bed linen, duvet and pillow. Towels not included.
  • Check-in and check-out:
    • Check-in: from 08:00 to 22:00 including weekends.
