The spacious and bright living-dining room features a sofa, television, and dining area, with recently renovated furniture. From here, you can access a comfortable interior balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a coffee outdoors with views of the typical Barcelona courtyard.
The kitchen is integrated into the living room and designed for practical and efficient use, equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Next to the living room is a single room equipped with a fold-down bed that can easily be converted into an office, as it also has a desk and chair, ideal for studying or teleworking.
The master bedroom is double, has built-in wardrobes, and is complemented by a full bathroom with a shower.

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
