This charming studio apartment on Carrer Comtal, in Gotico, is 60 m² and has a double bed on a mezzanine level. On the lower level, you have the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. The living room is spacious and comes furnished with a sofa and dining area. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers for storage. The decor is very modern and sophisticated.

The apartment is located in the charming Gothic Quarter, a fascinating area with plenty to explore. Plaça de Catalunya and the Universitat de Barcelona are located nearby, and you can walk to La Boqueria market in 8 minutes. There are also several museums in close proximity, you can visit the Picasso museum or the Historical museum of Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is beautifully decorated.
  • The balcony overlooks the charming street below.
  • The kitchen and bathroom are modern.
  • There is a large television and sofa bed in the main room.
  • The apartment boasts a fantastic central location.
  • You will find numerous cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

Things to keep in mind

  • The mezzanine level has low ceilings, so you will need to mind your head!
  • The apartment has been recently renovated thus the video and the photos do not entirely match. The accurate depiction of the apartment is shown in the photos. The decor has changed from being vintage to modern.
