This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Plaça d’Herenni in Sants. What makes this apartment special is its design. The living room has an exposed brick wall, which gives the apartment a lot of character. The sofa can be converted into a double bed, which allows for up to four people to live in the apartment. It’s also good for visitors and short stays. Besides the sofa, there’s a large storage closet, two armchairs, a flatscreen TV, and access to a balcony. The living room is also where you’ll find the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The bedroom is spacious and comes with a large double bed that can be converted into two beds. The bathroom is an en-suite bathroom and the sink is actually on the same surface as the desk. The bathroom has a toilet and standup shower. This modern apartment is perfect for your stay in Barcelona.

Sants may be more known for its train station, but this part of town is residential and has plenty to offer. Right in the Plaça d’Herenni, you’ll love the tranquility of the neighborhood. Around the apartment, there are some shops and plenty of bars and restaurants including Mogas. Supermarkets nearby include the very popular Mercadona.
