This apartment's living room gets cool vibes from funky wallpaper pattern and stonework wall. It comes with a sofa, table, and TV. The modern kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. There is a double bed in the bedroom. It has an en suite bathroom, which has a shower.

In about 10 minutes you can be taking in the sunshine at Barceloneta beach. Along the pier, you can visit the aquarium and a shopping center. The Born Cultural Center is nearby too. And be sure to visit the Museu Picasso, full of the artist's earlier works. Pick up some food at the market Mercado de Santa Caterina. Then sample some sweets at the nearby chocolate museum.

What we liked the most

  • A quick trip to the beach is never far away.
  • The bedroom has an AC unit, so you'll stay cool in the heat.
  • There are a ton of cultural opportunities nearby.
  • The apartment has a washing machine — no need to lug laundry around.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building doesn't have an elevator. But the apartment is only on the first floor.
