Tiene sala comedor con cocina integrada. Cuarto de baño con ducha. Dos dormitorios pequeños: El primero con cama de matrimonio y armario y en el segundo hay una cama canapé individual, con armario y escritorio. Wifi de alta velocidad y AC/Bomba de Calor. Está muy bien comunicado vía metro, tren, bus al aeropuerto, estación tren, centro de la ciudad...
