Luxurious 97M2 apartment completely renovated and located on the first floor of a building from the year 1900 with an elevator.

The house is brand new, It consists of a spacious living-dining room of about 40M2 with a long and spacious balcony that overlooks a block of lights and with lots of natural light throughout the day. Fully equipped American kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of them en suite.

A large double room with en-suite bathroom and balcony, two other fully equipped double rooms, one of them facing the very large and bright interior patio, the third facing the large block with lots of natural light throughout the day.

The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and wardrobes, and the third bedroom has a 135x190 double bed and wardrobe.

The building has a huge community terrace with incredible views, for the use of the tenants, there is a plan to adapt and accommodate it with a living and leisure area.

Landlord policies

  • The landlord does not live on the property.
  • Payment method: bank transfer (American Express is not accepted); credit/debit card
  • Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided upon request (consult the landlord for the price)
  • Registration is possible as long as the length of stay is at least 6 months. You must confirm that you are unregistered when you leave the property.
  • Fees:
    • Admin Fee: 1 month's rent + 21% VAT payable to landlord, one time payment (mandatory).
    • Cleaning service: A move-in cleaning fee is mandatory and depends on the apartment. The amount can range from €100 to €200 + 21% VAT, depending on the square metres of the flat.
    • Bills: The bills will be charged in advance each month. At check in, the first month´s bills are due. If the consumption exceeds the amount paid, the excess will be charged when finalizing the contract
