Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) Located in a residential area, surrounded by all kinds of shops, we find this comfortable reformed apartment of 42 mt2 perfectly distributed. The day area consists of a living room with high ceilings volta Catalan style with exit to a beautiful terrace of about 25mt2 in which you can enjoy the wonderful climate of the city. The lounge also has a practical office next to the terrace, perfect for studying or working. The apartment has an integrated kitchen, fully equipped with top of the range appliances.  The night area consists of a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with a shower. The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating. It also has wifi included in the rental price. The apartment is located in a central location of Barcelona. A few steps from historical monuments such as the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and tourist attractions such as the Moco Museum or the Picasso Museum. It is also located 6 minutes away from the Parque de la Ciudadela, which is a favorite place for outdoor activities such as sports, walks or meetings with friends. You will also have a varied offer of all kinds of services around such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all kinds of commerce.  The nearest station is "Jaume I" (L4) at 3 minutes walking distance.

Fees:

  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.

Payment Methods:

    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
