Cute and cozy flat in the heart of Fabra i Puig (Sant Andreu). The location on the add seems wrong as it is NOT Turó de la Peira. You are close to shops, restaurants and amenities with the Fabra I Puig promenade just five minutes walk away. Universities are nearby and also the beach. If you prefer the pool, you have the biggest swimming pool in Barcelona at your doorstep (Can Dragó). The tube station Fabra i Puig is at your doorstep. Bills include professional cleaning twice per month. Flat is perfect for professionals, or students who want to share as well as for those who want to explore the city. There is a cute balcony so families with small children would not be the best match for precaution due to safety. Couples, sharers and single occupiers are welcome. Late check in after six pm will have an additional cost. Deposit is due one month prior to check in.
