A modern 65 sqm apartment offering one bedroom, one bathroom, a modern kitchen and a comfortable living area. This apartment is exterior and is located on Manso street, in an area called Sant Antoni within the Eixample district. This central location is very well-connected and offers a perfect base to explore all the city has to offer. From the living room window you can see the iconic Sant Antoni market, which is one of the oldest and most popular markets in the city. On Sunday mornings the building comes to life with dozens of secondhand book stalls and is frequented by visitors and locals alike.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is bright and sunny, being located high-up on the fifth floor.
  • The bathroom is spacious and very well-equipped including a large bathtub, a big mirror and a towel-heater.
  • The bedroom is very nicely presented and includes high quality bedding.
  • The apartment offers good storage space, and there is even a storage room located by the entrance door where you can keep your empty suitcases or other bulky items.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bedroom is interior, but it has a window overlooking a light-well. The living area is exterior and has two large windows with beautiful city views.

The English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit. . Rent can be paid by cash, bank transfer or credit card. Check-in from 11:00 to 21:00 is free of charge. From 21:00 to 00:00 costs 30€ and from 00:00 will incur a charge of 50€. Check-out is before 11:00.
